Jirai kei style blouse by Dear My Love. Semi fitted style with soft lace along the shoulders, an adjustable pearl heart band around the neck and two removable bows down the middle.
Made of soft, slightly stretchy material with very soft non-itchy lace on the shoulders. 

Material: 100% polyester, 5% polyurethane. Lace: 85% rayon, 15% polyurethane. Ribbon: 100% polyester.
